Hi, I'm Carrie, a lifelong seeker, breathwork facilitator, RYT-200 and SUP yoga-certified practitioner, and above all, a devoted student of this beautiful journey we call life.
For as long as I can remember, I have carried a deep curiosity about life's mysteries, the unseen threads that connect us, and the inner wisdom that quietly speaks when we become still enough to listen. Over the past several years, that calling has led me through a deeply transformative journey of inner healing, breathwork, sacred travel, time in nature, and a growing trust in intuition and the synchronicities that appear along the way.
My love for breathwork began in Costa Rica during an Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience. There, I experienced the profound shift that can happen when the mind becomes quiet, and we surrender into a deeper place of stillness, presence, and connection. When I returned the following year, I received a powerful inner knowing during a breathwork journey that I was meant to learn this work and eventually share it with others.
Since then, my path has continued to unfold through sacred retreats, pilgrimage, spiritual practice, and those unexpected moments of grace that remind me there is so much more to life than what we can see with our eyes.
I have come to understand that sacred travel can be far more than visiting extraordinary places. It can become a pilgrimage within, an invitation to step beyond the familiar, listen more deeply, and reconnect with ourselves, the Earth, Spirit, and the ancient wisdom held within sacred lands.
I feel deeply honored to step into this next chapter as Vera's apprentice, learning alongside her and supporting the sacred journeys she has spent decades creating and guiding around the world.
I come to this path as a seeker and a student, with an open heart and a willingness to learn, serve, and listen. I hope to help create spaces where others can become still enough to hear the wisdom of their own hearts and discover what may be waiting to awaken within them.
Perhaps that is one of the great gifts of sacred journey: remembering more deeply who we are, while realizing that, in so many beautiful ways, we are all walking each other home.
