Paqo--High Priest of the Q’ero Nation— transmission of Karpay
Nestled at an astonishing elevation of 18,000 feet, the Q’ero people have thrived for centuries in their remote villages. Once thought to have vanished into the mountain mists, they descended from their heights in the 1950s, unveiling their profound wisdom and prophecies to the world. These luminous beings are hailed as weavers of light, crafting manta cloths adorned with 5th-dimensional symbols that exude a radiant luminosity and living energy. The intricate patterns woven into their garments echo those of the ancient Inca, a testament to their lineage and heritage. A language with roots stretching over 20,000 years, their tongue is believed to have seeded the ancient languages of Hebrew and Sanskrit, anchoring the essence of our holy texts. Unadulterated by external influences, they stand as guardians of their ancestral teachings and codes, untouched by the currents of other cultures. As guardians of unbroken lineage, their ancient narratives suggest a kinship with the ancient Mayans, Hopi, Navajo, and Tibetans. A shared tapestry of language and rituals intertwines their spirits, offering us a glimpse of a shared spiritual ancestry that spans vast distances and times. In their presence, we touch the sacred thread that weaves humanity across civilizations, unifying us with the luminous wisdom that threads through time itself.
Picture
DESPACHO TO PACHAMAMA
The Despacho ceremony is a sacred communal ritual, a dance of unity consciousness where we join our energies to create a vibrant living mandala. Gathered from the embrace of our local environment, these elements become vessels for our prayers and intentions, ascending like tendrils of smoke to the Divine. With intention, we artfully arrange these offerings, weaving a tapestry that harmonizes the three realms of existence – the upper world (Hanan Pacha), the middle world (Kay Pacha), and the lower world (Uku Pacha). In this sacred act, the Divine Feminine and Masculine find equilibrium, an alchemical dance that births harmony. Through this ritual, we embark on a journey into the Incan Tradition, an initiation into the sacred dance of existence itself. As our collective energies intertwine, we partake in a timeless ceremony that transcends the boundaries of time and space, aligning us with the eternal rhythms of the universe.

AUGUST 2nd, Moray
With hearts aglow and spirits uplifted, we then set our course for Moray, a place akin to the womb of Mother Earth. Here, time waltzes to the rhythms of ages past, a dance choreographed by the ancestors who once tread these sacred grounds. Immersed in the high frequencies of Moray, we bask in an intentional embrace that transcends the veils between worlds. In this hallowed place, we commune with the legacy of ancient wisdom, rejuvenated by the echoes of a time long gone yet vibrantly alive in every whisper of the wind.

Today, our Paqo will lead a ceremony to bless us with an ancient transmission of energy, a rite of passage called Yachay Karpay.

A Karpay transmission is where a Paqo (Incan Priest) intercedes on our behalf by invoking the Elemental Beings to assist us in shifting from the human beings we are to the luminous beings we are becoming. By planting an intentional luminous seed that infuses itself into our DNA, this seed, once given and nurtured by us, grows in our energetic fields and assists in our transformation process. The Q’ero Karpay expedite this process exponentially. All who receive the gift of their transmissions are instantly initiated as Paqos of this ancient lineage, becoming ambassadors of the Earth.
Picture
Picture
The Paqo medicine is intentional. The transmissions you will receive from the medicine man, our Paqo, are akin to attunements of power; the process carries an incredible energetic intensity and requires your focused attention and clarity to maximize the results of each transmission. After the Karpay, you will be considered by them an ambassador, equipped with tools to use in your lives and to assist others on their own awakening journey.

Yachay Karpay is a profound spiritual initiation rooted in Andean wisdom. It represents the "awakening of knowledge" and focuses on developing intuitive insight and spiritual understanding. This initiation is part of a broader path followed by Andean healers, known as "Paqos," and helps individuals align with their higher consciousness and universal wisdom. Yachay allows us to release our identification with the various roles we play in life, which often bind us and prevent us from remembering who we truly are. It enables us to reach a state of inner peace and joy, regardless of external strife and turmoil.

In the Andean cosmovision, Yachay is linked to the mind and intellect, acting as the force of knowledge.  Its energy resides around the fifth, sixth, and seventh chakras, centering around the forehead between the eyebrows (the “Third Eye” area). Through this initiation, participants strengthen their connection with sacred energies, including the Apus (mountain spirits) and Ñustas (nature spirits such as rivers and lakes), facilitating a deeper relationship with both the spiritual and natural worlds. It also prepares initiates to become a "Chakaruna," or a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, enabling them to guide others along similar paths of awakening.

This ceremony is often part of a sequence, following the Munay Karpay (initiation of love and will) and preceding Llankay Karpay (initiation of action and manifestation). Together, these initiations aim to harmonize love, knowledge, and work, promoting personal growth and balance between heart, mind, and body.

Yachay is about living in the present. The lesson of Yachay is “All is Well.”
AUGUST 3rd, Ollantaytambo
We begin our day early, receiving the Munay Karpay. Munay Karpay initiation focuses on the power of Munay, a Quechua term that translates to love, willpower, and intent. It encourages participants to develop unconditional love and compassion, both for themselves and others, helping them align their actions with higher spiritual principles.

In Munay Karpay, love is seen not only as an emotional expression but as a transformative force that liberates one from selfishness and creates harmony with the universe. This initiation is connected to the heart center, aiming to awaken an open-hearted approach to life, cultivating forgiveness, empathy, and the strength to pursue personal and communal well-being.

Participants in this ceremony receive the guidance to develop deep relationships with Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the Apus (sacred mountain spirits), fostering a connection with both the physical and spiritual realms. This initiation serves as the foundation for spiritual growth, allowing the practitioner to align intention with action and move along the sacred path of personal transformation(

Munay Karpay forms the base of a broader journey that includes two further initiations: Yachay Karpay (awakening of knowledge) and Llankay Karpay (manifestation through action). Together, these stages help balance heart, mind, and body, leading to a harmonious and purposeful life.

Munay recognizes our diversity and acknowledges that despite our differences, we are all spiritual beings having a human experience. Its energy resides around the Heart chakra, bridging our Lower selves with our Higher Selves, serving as the center that unites us.
Practicing Munay involves focusing on the positive and releasing heavy energies like anger and resentment. Its lesson is profound: "We are One."
We journey through the Sacred Valley to the ancient town of Ollantaytambo, once known as a Lemurian Temple of Love and now revered as the Temple of the Sun. Here, we'll encounter a profound energy linked to six enormous pink stones mysteriously transported to this site.
Picture
Picture
Our journey carries on after lunch to a nearby village, a place where our hearts unite cultures and spans distances. Here, we carry gifts of love, blessings, and offerings from deep within our souls. The native children welcome us warmly, their smiles as bright as sunflowers.

In this sacred exchange, we are not mere visitors but bearers of our essence. We share love and care, nurturing connections that transcend borders. Immersed in this enchanting encounter, we witness the law of Ayni unfold—a law that celebrates the beauty of giving and receiving in harmony. Through the eyes and spirits of these children, we realize the wealth of sharing, enriching our lives beyond measure.

Ayni, the Andean concept of reciprocity, forms the bedrock of relationships among the Andean people and their connection to Nature, seeing themselves as integral parts of it.

In Ayni you don’t give or receive something without reciprocity. So as we come to offer our talents, treasure and time, we will leave with unlimited blessings. Each year our groups offers something unique and special to the children and Natives of a remote village and on this day you will have an opportunity to touch someone’s heart in a way you never thought would be possible. Many consider this experience the highlight of their trip.
After returning to our hotel, we will have free time to enjoy our retreat facilities. You may choose a special Andean SPA treatment or have time alone to meditate and connect with the powerful mountains that surround our retreat center.
AUGUST 4th, Sacred Valley Pisac
Early morning we leave our hotel to travel to Pisac, the Falcon Temple. The Pisac Archaeological Portal has Inca remains as important as Machu Picchu as the Temple of the Sun. At the Pisac Archaeological Site, science, agriculture and ceremonies were developed, all these activities intertwined with the reality of everyday life.

Pisac held great significance and purpose in Inca society. As one of the largest and most elaborate Inca ruins in the region, the Pisac site were a symbol of the Inca Empire's power and grandeur. They served as a religious center and were used for ceremonial purposes, such as the worship of the sun and moon.

Now a days the village of Pisac is known by its Indian Market, after experiencing the temple we will have an opportunity to explore the market and its amazing handcraft, explosion of colors, beauty and creativity.

Today, our Paqo will offer us our final Karpay. Llankay Karpay is the third initiation in the Andean spiritual tradition, completing the trilogy that includes Munay Karpay (the initiation of love and intent) and Yachay Karpay (the initiation of knowledge). Llankay represents the force of action, work, and manifestation. Rooted in the Quechua word llank'ay, meaning "to work," this initiation emphasizes the importance of transforming knowledge and love into practical, meaningful actions in the world.

Core Meaning:
  • Embodied Action: Llankay Karpay teaches that spiritual development must translate into tangible acts of service, creation, and responsibility. The initiation encourages participants to align their actions with their heart's intent (Munay) and their intuitive knowledge (Yachay).
  • Body and Belly Connection: This initiation focuses on the belly center (symbolizing willpower and labor), which reflects the individual's ability to bring their vision into reality through dedication and effort.
  • Balance and Reciprocity: A key concept underlying Llankay Karpay is Ayni—the principle of reciprocity—which means working not only for oneself but for the collective good and in harmony with the natural world and spiritual realms.
Spiritual Impact: Through this initiation, practitioners integrate the three fundamental energies—Munay (love), Yachay (knowledge), and Llankay (action)—achieving harmony between thought, feeling, and action. It positions them as "Chakarunas" (human bridges) between spiritual realms and the material world, empowering them to act as lightworkers, healers, or guides in their communities.

Llankay Karpay teaches that true spiritual mastery involves not only gaining insight but also having the courage and discipline to implement that wisdom in everyday life, thereby completing the cycle of spiritual evolution.

Llankay is an understanding that we are all part of a bigger picture and that each part is inherently dependent on the other. Every thought, word, and deed affects everyone and everything in this experience of life, emphasizing the importance of living with integrity and without fear.  Its energy resides in the physical body below the ribcage to the groin and coincides with the first three chakras. With Llankay, we realize that we are not alone.

The lesson of Llankay is "We are all Connected."

OPTIONAL EXTESION - SACRED LAKE TITICACA JOURNEY

LAKE TITICACA

Lake Titicaca holds the sacred origins of the Inka civilization, where the Sun and the Moon bestowed the first Inka and Coya, birthing them from its mystical waters. This ancient sea on top of the world is where the Empire of the Sun was born, as they journeyed from here to establish their majestic realm in Cusco. Even the conquistadors recognized its significance, establishing a shrine to the Virgin as a symbol of rebirth. Our journey centers around this profound emergence, engaging in ceremonies and meditations amidst the transformative energies of these sacred sites. At Sillustani, the ancient towers stand as a resting place for kings, queens, and shamans, set amidst the waters of Lake Umayu, a river of consciousness. The Temple of Fertility beckons us to embrace new beginnings.
The floating reed islands of the Uru people, whose origins link to the Dog Star, Sirius, become a testament to our cosmic connection. And at Amaru Muru, the Andean Stargate, we step into our own transformative becoming.
Throughout, we are embraced by the timeless beauty of islands that have retained their purity since the days of the Inka. This journey is a voyage into the heart of our own emergence, as we honor the ancient spirits and connect with the cosmic forces that continue to guide us.

Sillustane
In the afternoon, we venture to the sacred site of Sillustani, often referred to as the portal through which our celestial kin, our Star brothers and sisters, would connect with our world. This remarkable location holds a profound significance as a landing place for their spaceships during their interactions with the Lake Titicaca portal. As we stand amidst the ancient ruins, we open ourselves to the mysteries of the cosmos and the enigmatic connection between Earth and the stars.
