Spirits of the Earth’s affiliate program is an opportunity to help spread the word about these healing and transformational experiences to others, and earn cash for your recommendations.
Essentially, you become an Ambassador of Spirits of the Earth! Important Note - It is important to note that when you become an affiliate, it does not give you ownership of any part of Spirits of the Earth. Affiliates are able to use the approved content strictly for the use of promotion and to expand the Spirits of the Earth’s reach and educate others on the benefits of the experiences we provide. We are open to any suggestions our affiliates may have on how to expand our reach, and would be happy to execute them should Vera approve, but the ownership of all things pertaining to Spirits of the Earth remain exclusively with Vera Lopez. |

The Process
Vera is selective about who she takes on as an affiliate. All those interested should fill out the form below to be considered.
Once Vera receives your application, she will review it and connect with those applicants who she will take on as an affiliate. Once you sign the Affiliate Agreement Form, you will be sent resources and marketing material to help in your promotion. Then, you can begin to promote!
All affiliates will be given a unique affiliate code and their own personal Spirits of the Earth page (example: www.spiritsoftheeearth.com/john-doe) that they will refer people to. Their unique page will include a sign-up form so their referrals can register for a tour. The sign-up form keeps a database of all their referrals, so we can keep track.
Affiliates will receive reports once a month of any new registrations, unless there are none, in which case no report is needed.
Payment
Affiliates will receive a 5% commission of any of our retreats or journeys they refer people to. And considering that Spirits of the Earth's journeys are around $1500 or more, the amount of commission is a decent sum.
Commission is paid 15 days after each retreat/journey and will be paid by PayPal for international ambassadors and by check for those in the USA.
Added Incentive: If an affiliate gets 15 people to enroll in the same trip they can get 1 FREE trip (instead of the 5% commission per person). This free trip can be used by them or gifted to someone else. They receive the the journey and an international ticket in economy class for free: what is normally included in the package, everything else is still at their own expense.
- 15 people all registered in the 2 week retreat = full free trip.
- If the 15 people are divided between the 1 and 2 week retreat, it is subject to our consideration at the time of the retreat. If most of the affiliate's referrals are going for the 1 week retreat then the affiliate would receive a 1 week trip free. If most of the referrals registered for the 2 week retreat then the affiliate would receive a 2 week trip free. If the 15 people are very divided between the 1 and 2 week retreat then we would pay commission - in this case 5% of the total of their sell, and the affiliate would decide if they want to join the retreat or just get their commission, considering that no airfare would be involved - only 5% commission.
